The notification of CAT was released on Sunday, July 28, 2019, by IIM Kozhikode in all leading newspapers with all the details of the CAT 2019 exam. The conducting body of the exam CAT 2019, IIM Kozhikode had released CAT 2019 notification via Media Release.

28 Jul 19: Date of CAT Notification Released 07 Aug 19: Date of CAT Registration start 17 Sep 19: Date of CAT Percentile Calculation Method Released 25 Sep 19: Date of CAT Registration window closed 28 Sep 19: Date of CAT Photo & Signature Edit Option opens 30 Sep 19: Date of CAT Error Correction Window Closed 16 Oct 19: Date of CAT Official Mock Test Released 23 Oct 19: Date of CAT Admit Card Download Begins 24 Nov 19: CAT Exam Day 29 Nov 19: CAT Answer Key Released Day 07 Jan 20: CAT Result Out day

CAT 2019: Key Event Dates

CAT 2019 registration dates: CAT registrations for the 2019 exam will take place online on the official website of CAT 2019. CAT 2019 form correction window: Once the registration window closes and the CAT application process gets over, the exam conducting body will offer the candidates to edit certain information in their already submitted CAT form. This process will take place in the first week of October. Release of CAT tutorial: In the second week of October 2019, the CAT mock test will be released online for the candidates to practice and familiarize themselves with the CAT question paper pattern. CAT admit card release date: CAT 2019 admit card will be issued to each registered candidate. The candidates will be able to download the admit cards from the official website till the day of the CAT exam. CAT exam date: CAT exam date was officially announced on July 28. The exam will be conducted on November 24 in two sessions. CAT result date: CAT 2019 result will be announced in the second week of January 2020; most likely on January 6, 2020.
